Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at RGB Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Mechanical and Electrical client based in Portishead or Bridgewater.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with experience in maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate information is distributed throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
• General admin tasks to support the project teams, including helping with recruitment, organising interviews, and diarising team calls.
• Setting up, copying, scanning, and storing documents.
• Creating templates, managing requests for documentation, and filing documents and digital records.
• Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
• Liaising with and distributing project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
Requirements:
• Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams/Sharepoint.
• Experience of Viewpoint/Aconex or similar is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
• At least 2-3 years of administration experience within the construction industry.
