Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, and possess strong communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities will include managing and maintaining records, coordinating weekly pay information for operatives, and assisting with security control access.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work to strict deadlines.

They will also have a willingness to adapt and learn, and possess a valid driving license.

The Administration Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support when required, and assist in organizing the office and maintaining supplies of PPE and stationery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working rule agreements and be able to provide general administrative support to the team.
