Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our busy Mechanical and Electrical client based in Portishead or Bridgewater. The successful candidate will work closely with both office and site-based teams and be responsible for maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate information is distributed throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks to support the project teams, including helping with recruitment, organising interviews, and diarising team calls.
- Set up, copy, scan, and store documents.
- Create templates, manage requests for documentation, and file documents and digital records, ensuring appropriate storage and maintaining confidentiality.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Liaise with and distribute project-related information to all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Manage the process around documentation within the organisation.
- Project ad-hoc reports on project when required.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams/Sharepoint.
- Experience of Viewpoint/Aconex or similar is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
- At least 2-3 years of administration experience within the construction or engineering sector.
