Lead Care Support Specialist - Competitive Salary

Typical Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, 07:45 - 20:45

As a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Care Support Specialist to help manage our residential service. This well-established facility provides care for individuals with autism and learning disabilities, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere with a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional support.

In your role as a Lead Care Support Specialist, you will empower individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with the overall supervision and administration of the service. Responsibilities may include scheduling shifts, organizing training sessions, onboarding new staff, providing supervision, managing medication orders, and supporting individuals in managing their finances. You will remain connected to the core mission of your role, as our Leads are integral to providing daily support.

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, whether by fostering confidence in colleagues or helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
