As a People Helpdesk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all colleagues contacting the People Service team. Providing timely, effective, professional advice or direct calls to subject matter experts when required.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience handling queries across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and experience with HR systems like ServiceNow/Workday (preferred).
  • Generalist HR experience or recruitment admin experience
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance.
