About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of People to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the people strategy across our operational and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement organizational change and develop frameworks to support business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR systems and processes to support business needs.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices and employment law.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or Head of HR in a complex commercial environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders to drive organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, including Workday, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to influence and support teams to achieve business goals.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary within the region of £65,000 dependent on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
