About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand and Creative to join our team at Uniting People. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, driving creative development, and aligning organisational efforts with our brand's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to inform our brand strategy.
  2. Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Drive creative development to prompt audience engagement and action.
  4. Establish performance benchmarks, cost parameters, and market forecasts.
  5. Innovate growth strategies to propel our brand forward.
  6. Align organisational efforts with the brand's strategic direction and tactical choices.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience as a Brand Manager or Head of Brand.
  2. Proven track record in developing brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to senior executives.
  3. Data-driven approach with high numeracy.
  4. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  5. Ideally a background in online/e-commerce, furniture, homewares, home décor or similar industry is highly preferred.
