Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional advice to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Handle HR queries, including employment documentation, right-to-work checks, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, update tracking systems, and provide regular reports on your activity.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure HR best practices and excellent colleague experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Participate in HR administrative tasks and contribute to wider HR projects.
Requirements
  • A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience handling queries across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and experience with HR systems like ServiceNow/Workday (preferred).
  • Generalist HR experience or recruitment admin experience.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance.
