We are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist who will serve as an intermediary for various claims and insurance procedures on a B2C level.

This position involves managing high-priority consumer cases and authorizing payouts or closures on numerous high-volume claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and resolving insurance claims efficiently and promptly.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company policies and legal regulations related to debt recovery.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Developing and implementing effective recovery strategies.
  • Providing guidance and support to the collections team.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Reporting to the customer service manager regarding project progress.
