We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Leeds area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes for older people, particularly those with dementia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents, while also managing a team of staff to achieve outstanding results. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered and make improvements as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
