About the Role
This position is for Days Only, with a preference for candidates who can commit to full-time hours on a four-day workweek.
Our Senior Residential Care Facilitators are essential to our homes. By assisting us in delivering exceptional care, you will enhance the daily lives of our residents. Like us, you will be driven to perform at your best and continuously seek improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Inspiring and motivating your care team and other staff in all aspects of daily home operations.
  • Leading by example, establishing the pace and standards of care.
  • Recognizing and praising exemplary performance.
  • Promoting the company ethos of quality care delivery and striving for recognition from relevant awarding bodies and external agencies.

About You
You are an inspiring and motivating leader who aims to uphold high standards. You possess a qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or you are actively pursuing this qualification. You are proactive in managing challenges and have the confidence to address and escalate issues. You are detail-oriented, particularly in maintaining accurate resident records. Naturally, you are a compassionate individual who pays attention to the small details that significantly impact others.
