About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Care Manager to join our team at Right at Home Leeds East. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business and delivering exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients and their families.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our franchise owner and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-quality care staff to meet the needs of our business.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in social care, such as an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and achieving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
