About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Worker to join our team at Complete Care Agency. As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up new care packages and supporting ongoing complex and non-complex packages of care in the community of Leeds and surrounding areas.
  • Support new and existing staff with training, ensuring quality by auditing and reviewing care plans.
  • Cover sickness or annual leave as and when required across all clients.
  • Supervise and support new and existing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of care experience.
  • Preferred to have worked with complex clients previously.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised in a community setting.
