We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team at Complete Care Agency. As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the setup of new care packages and support ongoing complex and non-complex packages of care in the community.
- Support new and existing staff with training and ensure quality by auditing and reviewing care plans.
- Cover sickness or annual leave as and when required across all clients.
- Confidently support others who are new to care and complex clients.
- Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of care experience.
- Preferred to have worked with complex clients previously.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Able to fulfill the required shifts applied for on a permanent basis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have a professional appearance, manner, and communication style.
- Work under pressure and unsupervised in a community setting.
- Supervise and support new and existing staff.
- Be self-motivated and achieve KPIs.
- Willingness to work towards an NVQ 3.
- Contracted hours and a set shift pattern.
