About the Role
This position is for Day Shifts only, with a preference for candidates who can commit to full-time hours on a four-day workweek.
Our Senior Care Support Coordinators play a vital role in our facilities. By assisting us in delivering exceptional care, you will enhance the daily lives of our residents. Like us, you will be committed to excellence and continuously seek ways to improve. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Inspiring and motivating your care team and other staff in all aspects of daily operations.
  • Leading by example, establishing the pace and standards of care.
  • Recognizing and praising outstanding performance.
  • Promoting the organization's ethos of quality care delivery and striving for recognition from relevant bodies and agencies.

About You
You are a motivating leader who is dedicated to maintaining high standards. You hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or are actively pursuing it. You take initiative in problem-solving and possess the confidence to address and escalate issues as necessary. You are diligent in maintaining accurate documentation related to resident care. Above all, you are a compassionate individual who pays attention to the small details that significantly impact others.
