About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Amethyst Care & Support Group Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Service Users with their personal care, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
  • Support with meal preparation and daily living tasks, encouraging independence and autonomy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in Service Users' homes and communal areas.
  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to support Service Users in achieving their personal outcomes.
  • Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
