Job Summary

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to join Hays Senior Finance as a Project Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, leveraging your project management skills to deliver projects and drive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of system and process solutions, driving implementation across various work streams.
  • Work on a varied portfolio, prioritizing tasks based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering projects and driving change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
