Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Revenue Managers to drive revenue growth and optimize profit performance.

  • Collaborate with hotel teams to surpass revenue targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a revenue specialist in Owner Review meetings to provide expert insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and develop tailored strategic activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage reporting and feedback processes to ensure seamless communication and continuous improvement.
  • Lead innovation and integration of systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the integration of new hotels into the portfolio to ensure seamless onboarding and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a dynamic commercial environment with a proven track record of driving revenue and profit performance.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth and optimize profitability.
  • Resilient and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Proficient in hospitality systems to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Willingness to travel to support business growth and development.
