Job Title: Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at RBH. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit performance across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability
  • Collaborate with revenue managers, general managers, and hotel teams to surpass revenue targets
  • Represent the revenue and commercial function in owner review meetings
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Manage overbooking strategies to maximize RevPar and profit
  • Develop and integrate cutting-edge systems and processes to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the integration and onboarding of new hotels into the RBH portfolio
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management with a focus on cluster revenue management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of revenue managers
  • Commercially savvy with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Technical proficiency in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office products
