Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability
  • Collaborate with revenue managers, general managers, and hotel teams to surpass revenue targets
  • Act as the revenue and commercial specialist in owner review meetings
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Manage overbooking strategies to maximize RevPar and profit
  • Develop and integrate cutting-edge systems and processes to ensure RBH remains a technological leader in the industry
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management with a strong track record of driving revenue and profit growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Technical proficiency in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office products
