Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator at Ascenti, you will play a vital role in supporting our Fareham office team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient referral information, highlighting urgent cases, reviewing treatment reports, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, physiotherapists, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter patient referral data into our IT workflow system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and escalate referrals requiring immediate attention or further consideration.
- Review and analyze treatment reports completed by physiotherapists to ensure quality and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physiotherapists, and corporate clients via phone, email, or mail.
- Provide appointment lists and schedules to referring parties and clients as needed.
- Cancel and rearrange appointments in accordance with company procedures.
