Key Responsibilities of the Communications Coordinator:

  • Manage both internal and external communications related to logistics and distribution operations.
  • Draft, revise, and disseminate various documents, including reports and official correspondence.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping and assist in organizing schedules and appointments for the department.
  • Support the coordination of logistics and liaise with management to guarantee efficient operations.
  • Provide administrative assistance, data entry, and general office support as needed.
  • Address inquiries and deliver information to both staff and clients.

Working Hours for this Role:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am - 4pm
  • £12.85 per hour

Qualifications Required for the Communications Coordinator Position:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or communications capacity, ideally within the logistics sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
