Job Summary

The Executive Assistant is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and administrative skills to support the Managing Director in achieving their goals. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and present reports, presentations, and other materials for the MD and Board of Directors
  • Support the MD in completing actions for the Employee Engagement Action Plan
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Exec team and other stakeholders
  • Manage the MD's diary and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments
  • Provide administrative support for the Weekly Executive and Operations Focus meetings
  • Compile and share the Weekly Executive Summary with the Senior Management group
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the MD and Exec team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use initiative, prioritize, and manage own workload
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and anticipate needs
  • Good attention to detail and flexibility
