About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator at Ascenti, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fareham office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient referral information, highlighting critical referrals, reviewing treatment reports, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, physiotherapists, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter patient referral information into our IT workflow system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and highlight referrals that require immediate attention or further consideration to ensure timely resolution.
  • Review treatment reports completed by physiotherapists to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physiotherapists, and corporate clients through phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Provide referring parties and clients with appointment lists as required.
  • Cancel and rearrange appointments in accordance with company procedures.
