About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Head of ACRO, ensuring the smooth operation of our national policing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and international partners
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to QCF Level 4 or equivalent
  • Experience of office management and leadership of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel
  • A high level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook
  • Emotional awareness, ownership, critical analysis, and integrity
