Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will provide critical administrative support to our Contact, Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) and our Adults' Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to CART and MASH teams, handling telephone calls, web chat, and online enquiries.
  • Establish and maintain internal networks of contacts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to routine enquiries both verbally and in writing, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, utilizing organizational skills and adaptability to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 skills, including Word and Excel, to provide accurate information and reports within agreed timescales.
  • Support colleagues in delivering a robust and resilient service, providing high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal networks of contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working environment, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
