Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Support Coordinator to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to our Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Serving as the primary liaison for the Senior Leadership Team, managing electronic calendars, and organizing meetings and events.
  2. Documenting and producing essential decisions, actions, and risks from relevant meetings, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  3. Coordinating communication with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  4. Maintaining various computerized records and databases pertinent to the roles and commands.
  5. Overseeing the management of Senior Leaders' emails and correspondence during periods of absence.
  6. Gathering and compiling information as required for reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of QCF Level qualifications, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  • RSA II certification in Typing/Word Processing.
Experience Required

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in secretarial or administrative roles within a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in typing and document formatting.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
