Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estates Assistant to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As an Estates Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and fostering excellent working relationships with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Workplace Duties: Working within the print and post room, archiving, and desk delivering services to internal clients.
  • External Client Services: Delivering services to external clients via reception within the client suite.
  • Meeting Room Booking: Managing and coordinating the meeting room booking system, ensuring emails are checked and processed throughout the day.
  • Client Hospitality: Managing and coordinating all client hospitality and client catering for all types of events.
  • Refreshments and Equipment: Organizing refreshments, equipment, and ordering breakfast/lunch as required by clients.
  • Collections and Deliveries: Assisting with collections and deliveries as required, both internally and externally.
  • General Print and Post Enquiries: Assisting internal clients with general print and post enquiries.
  • Meet and Greet: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, looking after their requirements while on our premises.
  • Handover and Continuity: Ensuring completion of the handover book and creating handover holiday notes to ensure continuity of service.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Preferably a minimum of 12 months previous Receptionist experience within a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, covering early morning and evening meetings as necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent keyboard skills, knowledge of Outlook and Word, and confidence in setting up audio visual equipment and troubleshooting during client meetings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent internal and external client care and communication skills.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Self-confidence, ability to demonstrate initiative, and ability to grasp things quickly and easily.
