Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial services firm by providing exceptional client care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Services:
  • Provide top-notch aftercare to existing clients;
  • Support financial advisers with information requests as needed;
  • Organize and manage campaigns to ensure relevant allowances are utilized;
  • Assist with top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals;
  • Manage the client annual review process;
  • Send quarterly valuation reports to all clients;
Data Processing:
  • Input and update client information into the CRM system;
  • Generate reports to monitor company performance;
  • Develop CRM processes to enhance overall efficiency;
  • Utilize mail merges to contact clients for unused allowances and annual review reminders;
Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by attending seminars and completing exams;
  • Internal and external file checks, ensuring all required documents are present;
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes through our compliance help desk;
Requirements:
  1. A degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment to a high standard;
  2. Excellent written communication skills;
  3. Engaging and professional telephone manner;
  4. Strong time management and multitasking abilities;
  5. A systematic and methodical approach to tasks;
  6. Advanced IT literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new software;
  7. A hardworking and positive attitude;
  8. A good team player;
