  • Support financial advisers with information requests, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information.

  • Assist with top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Manage the client annual review process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Send quarterly valuation reports to clients, providing transparency and peace of mind.

Data Processing:

  • Input and update client information into our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports to monitor company performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement CRM processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize mail merges to contact clients for unused allowances and annual review reminders.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by attending seminars and completing exams, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Internal and external file checks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Utilize our compliance help desk to stay informed about regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment, demonstrating a high level of proficiency.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with a systematic and methodical approach to tasks.
