Client and Service Delivery Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled client services administrator to provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Saltus Core Values and products/services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Efficiently onboard new clients and deliver exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, advisers, and paraplanners within your immediate team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various mediums, including telephone and email.
  • Contribute to business projects and initiatives as required.
Essential Attributes

The successful candidate will be a delivery-oriented and well-organised individual with experience in a financial planning environment. They will have a strong understanding of ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds.

  • Experience of using CRM systems is essential.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days in the office and the remainder at home.
  • Competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
  • 28 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection, and a pension.
