Patient Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Support Administrator. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support for the Integrated Care Teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clinical and non-clinical staff.
Main Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing referrals, booking appointments, and ordering supplies.
- Record outpatient attendance and take messages for all staff groups.
- Update the RiO system in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide cross-site cover to support the needs of the service.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for an individual with excellent communication and IT skills, who is able to work effectively in a team and provide a high level of customer service. Previous experience of working within an NHS environment is desirable, but not essential.
