Patient Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our Integrated Care Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Care Teams, including managing referrals, booking appointments, and making and receiving telephone calls.
- Manage day-to-day administration tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical team members to provide an excellent customer service experience for all patients.
- Record outpatient attendance and take messages for all staff groups.
- Update the RiO system in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide cross-site cover to support the needs of the service.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for an individual with excellent communication and IT skills, who is able to work well in a team and provide a high level of customer service. Previous experience of working within an NHS environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
