Patient Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our Integrated Care Teams.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Care Teams, including managing referrals, booking appointments, and ordering supplies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and patients, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Record outpatient attendance and take messages for all staff groups, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Update the RiO system in accordance with standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide cross-site cover to support the needs of the service, working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical team members.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for an individual with excellent communication and IT skills, who is able to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Previous experience of working within an NHS environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
