Patient Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Support Administrator to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Integrated Care Teams, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinical and non-clinical teams, including managing referrals, booking appointments, and ordering supplies.
- Record outpatient attendance and take messages for all staff groups.
- Update the RiO system in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide cross-site cover to support the needs of the service.
