Social Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families, including those from refugee and asylum-seeking backgrounds.
In this role, you will work closely with young people, children, and families to assess and address their social care needs. You will use your professional expertise to develop and implement care plans, working in partnership with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of vulnerable children and families.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to social care.
- Providing support and guidance to young people and families to help them navigate the social care system.
- Identifying and addressing risks and challenges, and developing strategies to mitigate these.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in working with children and families, particularly those from vulnerable groups. You will also need to be highly skilled at building meaningful relationships and engaging with young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Registration with the relevant professional body.
