Team Overview: In the capacity of a Product Manager at Cirium, you will find yourself at the crossroads of advanced technology and user-focused design. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a groundbreaking opportunity that merges AI-driven innovation with an outstanding user experience, delivering enhanced analytics solutions to our clientele.

Role Responsibilities: Your primary duties will encompass steering product exploration and user analysis, converting customer insights into actionable product strategies, designing product features, prioritizing functionalities, and managing the product roadmap. Collaboration with engineering teams will be crucial to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality user interface solutions.   • Extensive Product Management Experience: You possess significant experience in product management and/or user experience, with a proven history of enhancing usability, value, and feasibility of solutions, ideally within technology-driven products.   • Product Launch Expertise: You have successfully guided new products to market, demonstrating a strong grasp of modern product discovery and delivery techniques. You understand the importance of rapid iteration and innovation.
  • Analytical Proficiency: While coding skills may not be your forte, you possess the technical acumen to support both yourself and your team. You are familiar with the capabilities and limitations of technology in product development, and you can create functional specifications, visual designs, and wireframes.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can manage the demands of a dynamic product environment. You excel in situations where AI technology and UX best practices are evolving quickly, and you can adjust strategies based on user feedback and technological progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our user interface product.
  • Translating product requirements into actionable designs and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Developing and implementing usability testing strategies for product interfaces.
  • Guiding and directing cross-functional teams on immediate tasks and priorities.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conducting user research and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Collecting and integrating user feedback to enhance the product.

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Considerable experience in a blend of product and interface development roles, ideally with technology-driven products.
  • A proven record of successfully launching products or features.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma or other UI design/prototyping tools.
  • A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is advantageous.
  • A good understanding of the aviation industry is beneficial.
