Team Overview: In the capacity of a Product Manager at Cirium, you will find yourself at the crossroads of advanced technology and user-focused design. Role Responsibilities: Your primary duties will encompass steering product exploration and user analysis, converting customer insights into actionable product strategies, designing product features, prioritizing functionalities, and managing the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our user interface product.

  • Developing and implementing usability testing strategies for product interfaces.
  • Guiding and directing cross-functional teams on immediate tasks and priorities.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conducting user research and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Collecting and integrating user feedback to enhance the product.

Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Considerable experience in a blend of product and interface development roles, ideally with technology-driven products.
  • A proven record of successfully launching products or features.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma or other UI design/prototyping tools.
  • A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is advantageous.
  • A good understanding of the aviation industry is beneficial.
