About the Role: As a Product Innovation Manager, you'll drive product discovery and user research, translating customer insights into product decisions. You'll work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality UI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our UI product
  • Translating product requirements into tangible designs and working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Developing and implementing usability testing strategies for product interfaces
  • Empowering and setting direction for cross-functional teams on short-term tasks and near-term priorities
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Conducting user research and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions
  • Gathering and incorporating user feedback to improve the product

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced degree in a technical or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant experience in a mixture of product roles and interface development roles, preferably with technology-powered products
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products or features
  • Strong experience with Figma or other UI design/prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
  • A strong understanding of agile software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • A sound understanding of the Aviation industry
