Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GPS products and technologies, providing accurate and informative responses to customer queries.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on customer issues and resolutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the team to develop and share knowledge support articles, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest information and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: Experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of diverse customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GPS products and technologies, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
