We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Training to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care homes and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home
  • Create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained through efficient management of rotas
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, as well as caring for the home itself and fostering a sense of community
  • Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond
  • Experience of working within a care home environment with a genuine commitment to adhering to CQC standards and expanding your professional development
  • Champion independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest quality care to our residents
  • Someone with excellent time management who can effectively prioritise their workload
