As a Deputy Manager, you will be part of the leadership team, providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the safety of all and motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.
