Deputy Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Hotel Manager to play a pivotal part of our Premier Inn management team.
As a Deputy Hotel Manager, you will lead from the front, ensuring the successful daily running of the site, and display a clear passion for leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site, empowering and developing our people to be the best and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Driving commercial best practice, maximising revenue opportunities, and working with the Hotel Manager to manage controllable costs and labour control.
- Overseeing all business areas with an eye for detail, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered, and utilising guest feedback to increase performance against KPIs.
- Supporting the Hotel Manager in delivering the site business plan, supporting and enabling the bigger picture.
- Demonstrating knowledge of health and safety compliance and managing all audit processes to a high standard.
