Deputy Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our Premier Inn team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to deliver outstanding results and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive commercial best practice, maximizing revenue opportunities and controlling costs to achieve business targets.
  • Oversee all business areas, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered and guest feedback is used to improve performance.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site business plan, enabling the bigger picture and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance and manage all audit processes to a high standard.
