Compensation: £35,000 - £40,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + Benefits

Employment Type: Full Time and Permanent – 42.5 hours weekly – Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

Our client is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to enhance their team at the dealership in Edgware.

In this role, you will assist the Aftersales Manager in overseeing personnel and operations within the Service Department, while proactively identifying and addressing customer needs. Your focus will be on optimizing all available resources to ensure the department operates efficiently. You will play a crucial role in motivating team members to achieve their objectives.

Objective:

Your mission will be to elevate customer care standards. You will organize and manage the service operations within the dealership, maximizing resource utilization while ensuring top-tier customer service is consistently delivered. You will embody the company's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales operations.
  • Optimize the use of available resources to ensure efficient departmental functioning.
  • Provide a positive impression to our diverse customer base.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the company's PPA.
  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations through relationship building and problem resolution.
  • Engage with customers ethically and professionally to foster long-term relationships.
  • Exhibit extensive product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proactively seek ways to add value.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting colleagues with knowledge and skills to enhance business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for waste reduction and quality improvement.
