**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team at our dealership in Edgware. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations, anticipating and identifying customer needs, and driving customer care standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Aftersales Manager in managing the Service Department, ensuring optimal resource utilization and exceptional customer service.
  • Anticipate and identify customer needs, building relationships and resolving issues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Support the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales function, promoting a positive customer experience and driving business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing efficiency.
