Our client is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to enhance their team at the dealership in Edgware.

Your role will involve supporting the Aftersales Manager in overseeing personnel and operations within the Service Department, while proactively identifying and addressing customer needs. You will leverage all available resources to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will inspire team members to reach their business objectives.

Role Objective:

Your mission is to elevate customer service standards. You will manage and streamline the service operations within the dealership, ensuring optimal resource utilization while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will embody our client's Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and prospects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales operations.
  • Optimize resource usage to ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Provide a positive impression of our client to a diverse customer base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our client's PPA.
  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations through relationship building and problem resolution.
  • Engage with customers ethically and professionally to foster long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proactively seek ways to add value.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, assisting colleagues with knowledge and skills to enhance business performance and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for waste reduction, efficiency improvements, or quality enhancements.
