The Business Systems and IT Change division has recognized the necessity for a skilled, Agile Business Analyst who will be pivotal in this transformation, particularly within our Digital Transformation teams. These teams are tasked with overseeing the Bank's corporate and individual online banking platforms, including mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business analyst equipped with a comprehensive toolkit aligned with industry-standard business analysis practices (refer to the Skills section below). Additionally, possessing one or more of the desirable skills will be beneficial, given the role's emphasis on agility, technology, and digital transformation. Experience in the Banking sector will also be a considerable advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary agile team, taking charge of the product development for digital services, ensuring a customer-centric, dependable, and competitive digital presence.
  • Provide guidance on the business analysis methodology within a specific business area, while also demonstrating a proactive approach by executing business analysis tasks within an agile delivery team.
  • Establish standards for business analysis governance and guidelines, with potential involvement in a center of excellence.
  • Act as a vital member and contributor to our business analysis discipline and community of practice.
  • Mentor less experienced or developing business analysts, supporting their hands-on learning and career progression.

  • Business Situation Analysis: Proficient in analyzing business situations to formulate recommendations for improvement.
  • Feasibility Assessment and Business Case Development: Skilled in defining, evaluating, and articulating business change options for financial, technical, and strategic feasibility.
  • Requirements Definition and Management: Experienced in overseeing requirements (e.g., features and stories) throughout the entire delivery and operational lifecycle.
  • Business Process Improvement: Adept at developing new and enhanced methods for executing business activities.
  • Business Modelling: Capable of creating abstract representations of real-world business scenarios.
  • Acceptance Testing: Experienced in validating systems, products, business processes, or services to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Organizational Change Management: Proficient in planning, designing, and executing activities to transition the organization and its personnel to the desired future state.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Skilled in establishing improved approaches to stakeholder engagement.
  • Methods and Tools: Experienced in ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of methods and tools across the organization.
