Role Overview

We are seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to become a vital part of our Revenue Operations Team, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. This position is crucial in shaping the GTM strategy at Unily and involves defining success throughout the complete customer journey.

The role entails collaborating with GTM leaders and the broader enablement ecosystem to design and implement enablement programs that empower the GTM Team, ensuring they are well-equipped for success. This strategic position will significantly influence both the immediate and long-term success of Unily.

This is a hybrid position requiring presence in the office 2-3 days per week. Candidates can be based in the UK or US, provided they reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the London or New York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting, developing, and executing exceptional training content and programs for our global GTM team and broader commercial organization.
  • Enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires and internal promotions by continuously refining our GTM onboarding program; you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our onboarding and enablement strategies.
  • Gaining expertise in our customer journey, product offerings, go-to-market strategies, and commercial methodologies.
  • Utilizing data and insights (such as engagement surveys and feedback cycles) to pinpoint essential learning opportunities for our commercial teams, collaborating closely with our People Team.
  • Acting as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and the broader commercial organization, ensuring relevant product and technical information flows effectively to keep our team engaged and informed as we introduce new products rapidly.
  • Building strong partnerships with our GTM leadership team to address their organizational needs.
  • Monitoring the ongoing performance of the GTM team, identifying knowledge and skill gaps, and developing training solutions to address these gaps, including training on sales methodologies, application usage, career development programs, and other role-specific requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in a GTM Enablement role within an Enterprise software company, ideally with experience in selling disruptive SaaS products to complex Large Enterprise accounts. Experience in a rapidly growing scale-up company will enhance your application.
  • Proficient public speaker with a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading and documenting thought leadership, enablement, and training sessions.
  • History of creating customer-facing training content with a keen eye for detail and storytelling through written and visual media. Passion for designing user journeys, gamification, and milestone-based learning.
  • Previous hands-on experience in a sales role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, able to operate efficiently with limited resources and identify internal process gaps for improvement as we scale. Experience managing internal projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders is essential.
  • Technically proficient, familiar with the tools and technologies used by modern SaaS sales professionals, and eager to develop a strong understanding of the Cutover platform and solutions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.

Essential Attributes

  • Dedicated and passionate about contributing to business growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and resource management skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to seek support when necessary while also taking initiative.
  • Adaptable communication style for various internal and external audiences.
  • Agile thinker, capable of quickly responding to changing circumstances.
  • Confident in sharing ideas and thinking creatively.
  • Commercially aware with strong business acumen.

We are united by a shared purpose and are committed to truly understanding each other. We know that everyone is unique and has their own story. We strive to have a diverse workforce that embraces and celebrates one another. We are united in building connections and curious to learn from each other so that we continue to grow together to build the workplace of tomorrow.
