Revenue Enablement Manager, Programs

Location: This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.

Position Overview

As the Revenue Enablement Manager, Programs, you will be a key contributor to the Enablement team, directly influencing both Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and its execution. Your primary responsibilities will include the design and implementation of enablement programs that are essential for critical business initiatives impacting GTM, assessing the effectiveness and health of these programs within our Enablement or corporate OKR framework, and collaborating across departments to ensure programs are developed with the appropriate insights and strategic plans to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the strategic planning, development, execution, and reinforcement of global enablement programs that align with the company's objectives, ensuring they yield measurable results across all functions.
    • Current initiatives include Product Enablement, Pricing and Packaging, Value Realization, Messaging and Positioning, among others.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously enhance KPIs for each program, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness over time.
  • Apply change management best practices to facilitate the adoption of new processes and GTM motions, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption within the Revenue organization.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration, serving as a central communication hub between GTM, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure program alignment and continuous feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Engage leadership and secure buy-in, ensuring revenue leaders are not only informed but actively promote the enablement programs, empowering them to coach their teams effectively.
  • Act as the advocate for GTM teams during the design of new GTM programs, ensuring their daily workflows and challenges are fully integrated into program development to enhance relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create scalable, consistent enablement content—including one-pagers, courses, playbooks, and job aids—that supports just-in-time learning and aligns with strategic program goals.
  • Serve as the Enablement Subject Matter Expert (SME) on program design and execution principles, working closely with the Field Enablement team to ensure the adoption of these principles.
  • Partner with counterparts on the Content, Programs, and Platforms team to ensure all programs are effectively created and housed.
  • Identify strategic needs for GTM by employing a data-driven approach to uncover root causes, justify program investments, and demonstrate outcomes.
  • Spot opportunities across various aspects of our GTM strategy that require Enablement attention and improvement, collaborating with the leader of the Field Enablement team to develop actionable plans for top priorities.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new initiative investments to senior leaders and executive audiences.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on enablement or GTM strategy, including a proven track record of leading successful, large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing processes.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for the future of the Enablement profession.
  • Creative and analytical thinker capable of finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively problem-solve.
  • Willingness to embrace a role where not everything is predetermined, with enthusiasm for building and innovating.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Showpad or similar Enablement software is strongly preferred.
