About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Enablement Specialist to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and enabling our commercial teams to drive revenue growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on sales and customer success, developing initiatives and programs to enable quota-carrying sales and customer success team members.
  • Develop and manage learning content for the revenue teams' curriculum, including e-learning and LMS environments for virtual and remote training.
  • Run regular onboarding bootcamps for new sales and customer success employees, and coordinate and facilitate revenue team trainings and workshops.
  • Collaborate with various departments to build and maintain solid cross-functional relationships, and partner with Product and Marketing to equip Sales with up-to-date product offerings and resources.
  • Track and analyze the use and impact of revenue process and methodology tools, and analyze and evaluate training programs to ensure content, initiatives, and timelines are up to date.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, customer success, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle, sales processes, and challenges.
  • Background in supporting Enterprise Commercial teams in SaaS, preferably across multiple geographies.
  • Experience of training or managing quota-carrying direct sales team members.
  • General understanding of the capabilities and constraints of LMS and/or enablement platforms.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering curriculum surrounding enterprise sales education.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and principles.
